Trade with York Pride
In 2024 we welcomed over 150 traders, businesses, charities and community groups with a fantastic range of stalls and food & drink outlets…
Having a stall on the York Pride Festival site on the Knavesmire offers you the chance to engage with 1000s of different people on a personal level throughout the day.

York Pride is home to a fantastic range of stalls, bringing together charities, community groups, universities, colleges, and local businesses to showcase their work and engage with our visitors. From supporting vital causes to providing opportunities to connect with educational institutions, these stalls represent the heart of our community.
Food and drink vendors bring flavour and refreshment to the day, offering a wide selection of delicious treats to keep everyone fueled for the festivities. Merchandise retailers add to the vibrant atmosphere, with unique items and Pride-themed goodies to take home as a memento of the celebration.
You’ll also find fairground-style stalls for added fun, alongside political party stalls where you can engage with representatives and learn about their initiatives. Over the years, we’ve discovered that the most successful stalls include a fun, interactive element or an opportunity for the public to get involved.
If you’re planning to offer freebies or giveaways, that’s a great way to attract attention! We encourage stallholders to make these as eco-friendly as possible by minimizing packaging and avoiding plastics, helping us to make York Pride both inclusive and environmentally conscious.
